Backpack and school supply giveaway while supplies last
FREE back to school immunizations - An FZ nurse will check students' immunization compliance and notify families which immunizations their students still need, if any. Immunizations can then be given right there on the spot - takes 15 minutes or less.
Compass Health Dental Van - available for tours or assistance with scheduling a dental appointment
Community resources - Information, flyers and coupons from various local agencies, mental health resources, financial resources, etc.
Basic necessities - Including Soles for Souls athletic shoes and socks, while supplies last
Fun activities for kids! Meet local first responders! Play a game! Leave your mark with sidewalk chalk!
On-site assistance with:
Enrollment and Enrollment Update forms - We’ll have laptops available for you to complete the process, along with a flier with key contacts at your school, a QR code to school supply lists and other school forms
Federal free-and-reduced meal program applications - Stop by to complete an application, learn who qualifies, and get info on our food pantry backpack program
Medicaid enrollment - Representatives from Compass Health will be there to assist eligible, interested families with enrollment
